Nepenthes Tiveyi X aristolochioides is an Exotica Plants hybrid between an intermediate hybrid and a highlander species. My main emphasis for getting this hybrid is that hybrids with N. aristolochioides are very unique. It seems like N. aristolochioides really imparts its parentage when used in hybridization. Pitchers seem to be similar in shape with other Exotica hybrids like N. truncata X aristolochioides, N. maxima X aristolochioides and even N. ventricosa X aristolochioides. So far this hybrid has taken a while to get fully rooted adapted to my outdoor climate. The cuttings were thin in nature when it arrived and seems to stay that way. It will produce sideshoots readily when staked up as this hybrid likes to climb so cuttings should be available at times.
